Bangladesh ready for first practice match

Bangladesh national team is prepared to take on Thailand’s Air Force United FC in the first practice match of their 10-day Thailand training camp on May 28. A day before match, the players had a two-hour long training session from 8:00am to 10:00am at Air Force Football Ground in Bangkok, Thailand. The players got up early in the cold, cloudy morning and hit the pitch for training. During practice, the players focused on set-pieces, shooting and running with the ball apart from routine stretching. After the training session, the players underwent a pool session at the team hotel for recovery. In the afternoon, the players will have a gym session from 4:00pm for fitness and strength training. All the players are fit and will look to make the best use of their chance tomorrow in the practice match. Each member of the team is upbeat and enjoying the training camp. Team Bangladesh will play their first friendly match of the ongoing Thailand camp against Air Force United FC at Air Force Play Ground, Bangkok at 6:00pm local time on Tuesday, May 28.
