U15 boys celebrate Eid at residency camp

Nilphamari: The U15 boys chosen for the 3 month residency programme ahead of the SAFF U15 Championship 2018 celebrated Eid Al-Adha in their camp at the Sheikh Kamal Stadium in Nilphamari. The BFF financed the purchase of a sacrificial cow and a goat and new sets of clothes for the players to fulfill their Eid celebration. The BFF did not allow the players any Eid vacation as it does not want to lose the momentum of the intensive training programme which might hamper the flow of their development. Even 2 of the 5 BFF coaches, including head coach Mostofa Anowar Parvez, did not take any vacation on Eid day. Parvez and his assistant Jajan-e-Alom Nury (Rahel) stayed back at Nilphamari to celebrate Eid Al-Adha with the boys. The duo will take a short break once the other three coaches – Mahbubul Alom Paulo, Rashed Ahmed Pappu and goalkeeping coach Mijanur Rahman Minar – get back to the camp. At the moment, 32 players are undergoing the rigorous training regime at the camp with SAFF supremacy in their mind.
