U23 boys clinch victory in first practice match

As the Bangladesh U-23 team prepares for their AFC U-23 Championship Qualifiers in Qatar, the red and greens have taken home their first practice match win against a top tier club in the middle-eastern country. Team Bangladesh won against Al-Shahania SC by securing 1-0 on the scoreline when Ashraful’s powerful shot took off at the 86th minute. http://jalaleeradio.com/uploads/041653.jpg Al-Shahania SC plays in Qatar’s first division league and the team stood fourth in the last season. As part of the ongoing intense preparation programme, the U-23 team will play another practice match against Al Arabi Club, another first division team, at Al Arabi Stadium Doha on 19th March 7pm (Qatar Time) and 10pm (Bangladesh Time).
