The regular meeting of the National Teams Committee of the Bangladesh Football Federation was held on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 4.00 pm via video conference. Chairman of the committee Kazi Nabil Ahmed, MP presided over the meeting. The meeting unanimously decided that, Bangladesh National Football Team will play 3 (three) warm-up matches against Palestine on 05 September 2021, Kyrgyzstan on 07 September 2021 and Kyrgyzstan u-23 on 09 September 2021. At the end of the camp, the Bangladesh national football team will travel to Maldives on September 27 or 28, 2021 to participate in the "SAF Championship 2021". BFF hopes that the preparation matches for the Kyrgyzstan tour and the camp "SAF Championship 2021" under the supervision of BFF will help the Bangladesh national football team to achieve good results. At the end of the camp, the Bangladesh national football team will travel to Maldives on 26 or 27 September 2021 to participate in the "SAF Championship 2021". BFF hopes that the warm-up matches for the Kyrgyzstan tour and the camp under the supervision of BFF will help the Bangladesh national football team to achieve notable results in the "SAF Championship 2021". The Bangladesh national football team will participate in the SAF Championship 2021 to be held in Maldives from 01 October 2021 to 13 October 2021. In October 2021, Bangladesh U-23 football team will participate in the "AFC U-23 Asian Cup Uzbekistan 2022 Qualifiers" to be held in Kuwait. In that competition, Bangladesh U-23 football team will play against Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan U-23 football team.

BFF is also in talks with the respective federations to host two FIFA friendly matches in Dhaka with either Indonesia, Nepal or Mongolia in the November 2021 FIFA window.
