Sabina Khatun receives AFC B Certificate Coaching License

Bangladesh women’s national team captain Sabina Khatun has received her AFC B Certificate Coaching License. She received the certificate from BFF technical and strategic director Paul Smalley on Thursday, June 20. Moreover, Bangladesh women’s team assistant coach Litu received his AFC A Certificate Coaching License alongside Sabina. http://jalaleeradio.com/uploads/215026.jpg National team skipper Sabina, who aspires to build a coaching career after finishing her playing career, completed her B certificate course under Paul Smalley himself during the first ever AFC B Certificate Coaching Course arranged by the BFF. The first phase of the course was held from October 14-24, 2017. Then it ended with the second phase held from March 24 to April 2, 2018. Sabina had to wait for more than a year for her certificate to arrive and its finally here. The prolific striker was very happy to receive her certificate and looks forward to further improve her coaching credentials while continuing her playing career at the same time. Sabina also participated in the first ever BFF AFC Instructors Course held from December 10-14, 2017. Notably, Sabina’s colleague Mirona also holds an AFC B Certificate and became the first female coach of Bangladesh to manage a men’s team. Mirona managed Dhaka City FC in the recently finished Bangladesh Championship League 2018-19 where her team finished eighth.
