PM to greet SAFF Champions

Dhaka, January 3: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will greet the U-15 National Girls Team for winning the SAFF U-15 Women’s Football Championship 2017.

The reception of the girls along with the supporting staff will be hosted in PM’s official residence Ganabhaban on Thursday, January 4 at aroun 3:30pm.

The SAFF Championship was hosted in the Bir Sreshtha Shahid Sipahi Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka from December 17 to 24 last year. India, Nepal, Bhutan along with Bangladesh took part in the championship.

The red and greens became the unbeaten champions of the tournament without conceding any goals.
