A discussion meeting took place on Thursday, Sep 29,2019, at 12 pm at BFF conference room among the participators of 70 football club’s general secretary and the BFF Pioneer League committee. At this meeting The BFF member and the Pioneer League Committee Chairman Mr. Md Showkat Ali Khan Jahangir, BFF General Secretary Md. Abu Nayeem Shohag, Pioneer League Committee’s Coordinator Mr. Ariful Hoque Chowdhury Lion, Member Md. Nazrul Islam, Md Jahirul Haque Sumon, Manos Bose Baburam, Faruk Hossain Pintu along with other committee members and Pioneer Football League participating club representatives were present.
The outcome from the meeting was that, from 1st to 15th September 2019, there will be player registration and club transfers and from 25th September 2019 the league will start at 7 different venues in Dhaka.
The league will be sponsored by Dhaka North City Corporation and Dhaka South City Corporation. Each team will be provided a football by BFF.
