Dhaka: T&T Club, Motijheel and Uttar Baridhara Club picked up crucial victories over Soccer Club Feni and Police FC respectively in the ongoing Bangladesh Championship League 2018-19 on Tuesday.
In the first match of the day at the BSSSM Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur, Dhaka, T&T Club beat Soccer Club Feni by the margin of a single goal.
Selim scored the only goal of the match in the 45th minute ensuring full three points for T&T Club.
With the win, T&T move up to the second spot in the table with 18 points from 12 matches whereas Soccer Club Feni slump to the 10th position with 11 points from the same number of matches.
On the other hand, Uttar Baridhara also claimed 1-0 victory over Police FC in the second match of the day.
Shamim scored the winner for Uttar Baridhara in the 63rd minute.
The win saw Uttar Baridhara go up to the fourth spot in the table with 17 points from 12 matches. Police FC, now at the 6th spot, has 16 points from 11 matches.
