Bangladesh, Laos promise entertaining football

Bangladesh and Laos are all set for their return clash of World Cup pre-qualifying round which is scheduled to be held at Bangabandhu National Stadium, Dhaka on Tuesday evening.The second leg of the two-leg tier will kick off at 7 pm (Bangladesh standard time) tomorrow.Ahead of the game, both Bangladesh and Laos have promised to give their opponents hard fight to go through to the final qualifying round of the World Cup 2022 and the AFC Asian Cup 2023.The coaches and the captains of the teams have announced their promises while talking to reporters at a press briefing at the BFF House here on Monday (today).Both the sides expressed their hopes that it will be a full package of entertaining football as it is a matter of prestige to go through to the final qualifying round of two of the world’s most prestigious tournament.Bangladesh coach Jamie Day said that his boys are fully confident as they won the first and away leg. However, he also mentioned that Jamal and Co will not be so relaxed. They will give their best to get their full control over the match.Bangladesh and Laos played their first pre-qualifier match on June 6 when the red and greens bagged their away match beating the hosts 1-0 at New Lao National Stadium in Laos capital Vientiane.Football lovers can get the tickets from Matijheel BFF headquarters during the office time and from the stadium ticket counter before the match.The BFF has set BDT 100/- for each VIP box ticket and BDT 50/- for gallery ones.However, the school goers can get their free entry passes at gates number 5 and 6 by showing their identity cards.Bangla TV will broadcast the match live. Besides, the match will be live on www.bff.com.bd.
