Dhaka Abahani Limited claimed a narrow victory over Team BJMC in the Bangladesh Premier League at Shahid Bulu Stadium, Noakhali on Monday afternoon.
Samson gave Team BJMC the lead in the 26th minute.
However, the visitors equalized through Jewel Rana in the 40th minute.
After the break, Abahani’s prolific Afghan defender Masih Saighani scored the winner for the Dhaka giants in the 60th minute.
Abahani are now second on the BPL table with 42 points from 17 matches while Team BJMC are rock bottom with just 8 points from the same number of matches.
