Dhaka: Organized by the Bangladesh Football Federation, the BFF Referees Committee arranged a re-promotion test for the active referees of the country at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka on Friday, February 1.
The referees were exposed to a fitness test from 8:00am to 11:00am and later in the day, they had to sit for a written exam at 4:00pm.
A total of 60 referees of different levels took the promotion test.
The re-promotion test was arranged to promote class 3 referees to class 2, class 2 to class 1 and class 1 to national referees.
Instructors of the re-promotion test were BFF Referees Committee deputy chairman Haji Ibrahim Nesar, Sujit Kumar Banerjee, Abdul Hannan Miron, Pronob Deb Das and Shafiqul Islam Imon. Besides, Referees Committee members Monir Hossain and Sabbir Salek Shubho were also present during the re-promotion test.
BFF head of CMS Md Shahidul Islam Limon was the coordinator of the course.
