The two-match 'Mujib Borsho FIFA International Football Series' 2020 between Bangladesh and Nepal national football teams begins on tomorrow (Nov 13) and another match on this Tuesday (Nov 17) at Bangabandhu National Stadium. With these matches, Bangladesh are going to return to international football after ten months. Today, A press conference as held at BFF House, Motijheel regarding tomorrow’s match between Bangladesh Vs Nepal. On the occasion of the match in the presence of Bangladesh national football team head coach Jamie Day and captain Jamal Bhuiyan and Nepal national football team head coach Mr. Bal Gopal Maharjan, captain Mr. Kiran Chemjong and Nepal’s team manager Mr. Madhusudan were presented in the press conference. The pre-match press conference was held in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the BFF building. Jamie Day, the head coach of the Bangladesh national football team said that, the performance and quality of the team will be understood after coming on the field after a long time. Captain Jamal Bhuiyan said, "We will go on the field to win and give the country some good gifts." Nepal National Head Coach Mr. Bal Gopal Maharjan said that we are happy to participate in two friendly matches even during this Covid-19 period. It is more important to test the performance of our team than to win the match. The team captain said the match will be very enjoyable, as both teams will be on the field to win. Md. Amer Khan, Member of BFF Executive Committee has been nominated as Team Manager of Bangladesh National Football Team and Mr. Imtiaz Hamid Sabuj, Member of BFF Executive Committee has been nominated as Team Observer. Both matches will kick-off at 5pm (Bangladesh time) with maximum 8,000 spectators to be allowed to witness the match at the stadium following health guidelines. Two types of tickets will be issued for the two-match series with VIP ticket costing Tk 500 and gallery tickets Tk 100 each. State owned Bangladesh Television & T Sports will telecast all the matches live while Bangladesh Betar will broadcast the running commentary of the matches.
