Kings win 5-goal thriller over Rahmatganj

BPL toppers Bashundhara Kings won the five-goal thrill over Rahmatganj MFS at Bangabandhu National Stadium on Wednesday evening. The Kings’ foreign recruit Daniel brought the first lead for them at the 10th minute of the game. 15 minutes later, Motin scored to double the goal difference. At the 42nd minute, Rahmatganj’s Rakibul netted his only goal to keep his team in the match. Interestingly, this match saw two goals during the additional time of the second half as Bashundhara’s Shobuj made the score line 3-1 at the second additional minute and Rahmatganj’s Landing hit the ground at the fourth additional minute. Bashundhara consolidated their top position with this victory as they gathered a total of 49 points from 17 matches. On the other hand, Rahmatganj are at the 9th place with 15 points from 18 matches.
