Bangladesh Premier League toppers Bashundhara Kings thrashed Brothers Union 5-0 at Sheikh Kamal Stadium in Nilphamari on Tuesday afternoon.
Bashundhara’s Ibrahim opened the goal fest at the 31st minute of the game.
Eight minutes later, Motin scored his first goal towards a hat trick.
At the 48th minute, Motin hit the ground for the second time to rewrite the score line 3-0.
Motin got his hat trick at the 67th minute scoring his third and his team’s fourth goal.
At the second additional minute of the final half, Rana joined the party to make the victory a 5-0.
Bashundhara are still seven points clear at the top with 58 points from 20 matches while Brothers are at the 12th place with 16 points from the same number of games.
