On the occasion of the 91st birth anniversary of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib, the wife of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the father of nation and the best Bengali of the millennium, Quran recitation was held at BFF Bhaban in Motijheel at 9:00 am today, August 8, 2021 under the management of Bangladesh Football Federation. At 3:00 pm, a wreath-laying and praying ceremony were held at the BFF building in Motijheel on the portrait of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib. Milad and prayers were held at Jhilpar Jame Mosque adjacent to BFF building in Motijheel after Asr.

Honorable President of BFF Kazi Md. Salah Uddin, Vice President of BFF Executive Committee Mr. Md. Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan (Manik), FIFA Council Member and BFF and AFC Committee Chairman Mr. Mahfuza Akter Kiran, member of BFF and Chairman of Media Committee Mr. Zakir Hossain Chowdhury, BFF members Mr. Md. Ilias Hossain, members Mr. Md. Amer Khan and Mr. Mahidur Rahman Miraj, BFF General Secretary Mr. Md. Abu Nayeem Shohag, BFF Development Committee member Syed Riazul Karim and other BFF officials and players of Bangladesh Women's National Football Team were present at the the wreath-laying and praying ceremony.
