BFF meets the press regarding BPL 2021

BFF senior vice-president Abdus Salam Murshedy-MP told reporters at a press conference on April 28, 2021, "Our committee has decided that the second round of the professional league will start on April 30, 2021. This decision is still in force. In the second phase, the game will be played in all four venues as before and the game will be played in accordance with all the protocols of the government. However, only one venue will be played at Bangabandhu National Stadium during the lockdown period. Abahani Ltd., Dhaka did not tell us the final decision on whether they will participate in the AFC Champions League. Bashundhara Kings is playing in the AFC Champions League. So we haven't made the final fixtures for the second phase yet. If Abahani Ltd., Dhaka inform us of their decision, we will publish the fixtures soon.'
