BFF Honorable President's views on upcoming matches of National Football Team
The Bangladesh national football team left Dhaka for Qatar few days ago to play their away match of the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar Qualifiers round-2 against Asian Champion Qatar, which is scheduled to be held on December 4.Today at BFF, Honorable president of BFF Mr. Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin & Vice President of BFF Mr. Kazi Nabil Ahmed MP expressed their views on these upcoming matches of National Football and Qatar.
Honorable president Mr. Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin said to press that, no matter what the result will be, Bangladesh National Team will give their best at upcoming matches in Qatar. He also expressed that for the upcoming matches against India & Afghanistan, BFF will come up with new plans for Bangladesh Football Team. The team will get enough time to prepare themselves in Dhaka before these matches. Bangladesh is doing well in Qatar and trying their best to stay fit, but the team has to try their level best in Qatar matches. He also stated that for Qatar match, absence of Head coach Jamie Day might affect the team’s performance.
Honorable president expects that Bangladesh National team will bring good result in upcoming Qatar match. He emphasizes more on upcoming matches against India & Afghanistan. He might visit the team in Qatar and will sit for future collaboration with Qatar on the development of Bangladesh Football.
Vice President of BFF Mr. Kazi Nabil Ahmed MP also expressed his views on the upcoming Qatar match. He said that, in spite of this COVID-19 situation, the team is trying their best to prepare for the matches. He hopes that, COVID infected teammates will recover soon. Two of them already came out as COVID 19 Negative. On the other hand, Nabin Newaj Jibon & Mr. Imtiaz Hamid Sabuj reached Qatar and staying in quarantine.
