BFF celebrates 'AFC Women's Football Day 2022'
'AFC Women's Football Day 2022', under the management of Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and under the auspices of Bangladesh Football Federation, was held today at Motijheel's BFF Artificial Turf Ground, where Bangladesh Women's National and age based football team, women's football team of BKSP along with more than two hundred teenagers from different schools and football academies participated.
On the occasion, BFF Executive Member and Chairpersoan of Committee for Women's Football Mahfuza Akter Kiron, BFF Vice Presidents Mr. Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan Manik and Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Mohi, FIFA-AFC Council Member, members of BFF's Executive Committee Mr. Zakir Hossain Chowdhury, Mr. Bijan Barua, Mr. Md. Nurul Islam (Nuru), Mr. Md. Amer Khan, Mr. Md. Abu, General Secretary of BFF Nayeem Shohag, Ayesha Zaman Khuki, Member of Committee for Women's Football, Technical Director of BFF Mr. Paul Thomas Smalley, Head Coach of Bangladesh National Football Team Mr. Javier Fernandez Cabrer Marin Penato including coaching staff were present.
In addition, today on 08-03-2022 'AFC Women's Football Day 2022' was held in 3 districts of the country: Bir Muktijoddha Ashaduzzaman Stadium-Magura, Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium-Mymensingh and Shaheed Samsuddin Stadium-Sirajganj, with the participation of more than three hundred teenagers from different schools and institutions.
