The Bangladesh national football team is currently in Malaysia to participate in the AFC Asian Cup 2023 qualifiers. Apart from Bangladesh, host Malaysia, Bahrain and Turkmenistan national football teams will also participate in the group. Currently all countries are located in Malaysia.

Today 05-06-2022 Bangladesh national football team participated in a team meeting, gym and swimming session at Team Hotel in the morning. Besides, the Bangladesh national football team completed their practice session at PKNS Sports Ground in Malaysia from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm on the first day. All the players and officials of the team are well and there have no injuries among the players.

Before today's training, all the players and officials of Bangladesh National Football Team expressed deep sympathy and prayers for the souls of the dead and wished speedy recovery to the injured by the horrific fire accident at Sitakunda and Chittagong yesterday.

The official practice session of the team will be held tomorrow 06-06-2022 from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm Malaysian time at the match venue National Stadium Bouquet Jalil.
