Dhaka: Indian club Minarva Punjab have arrived in the capital to play their group stage match of AFC Cup 2019 against Dhaka Abahani, one of the dominant clubs in Bangladesh’s football.
The game will kick off at Bangabandhu National Stadium at 5:45 pm on Wednesday.
The aircraft carrying the Indian team landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport here this noon.
Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is organizing the home match for Dhaka Abahani under the supervision of Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the supreme football authority in the continent.
A press conference will be held at Matijheel BFF house at 12:30 pm on Tuesday ahead of the match.
Coaches and the captains from both the teams will be present at the pre-match press conference to brief media about their preparation for the international club battle.
