Abahani in final, beat Sheikh Jamal by 4-2 in first semi

Nigerian striker Sunday Chizoba made a hat-trick in the match that was goalless until the 56th minute. Though Sheikh Jamal was dominating in the whole match, the Abahani boys’ success ratio was too good. Abahani took the lead with Afghanistan defender Mashi Saigani’s 56th-minute goal. He netted the ball with his left foot from the corner shot taken by Rubel Mia. Nigerian striker Sunday started scoring at the 66th minute with a penalty. However, his two other goals at 82 and 86 minutes were really extraordinary ones. In the 82nd minute, Sunday turned Wali’s free-kick into a goal with a glamorous head. Four minutes later, he fulfilled his hat-trick with a strong shot from a long distance. On the other hand, Sheikh Jamal’s substitute Didarul Alam brought suspension in the game responding Sunday twice. In the 79th minute, he made the scoreline 2-1 with a goal from an outstanding volley. And in the 84th minute, Didar scored his and his team’s last goal.
