Dhaka: Dominant Abahani Dhaka fired up the pitch against Chittagong Abahoni to end the match smoothly with early goals in the second match of BPL’s Monday fixture.
Jibon and Sunday took the lead to 2-0 at the 10th and 17th minutes respectively for Abahani.
The early goals made it easier for the team to take a more defensive stand down the ground, which was able to block the port city visitors for a long time.
Chittagong Abahoni failed to penetrate the strong defense.
Abahaniy now stand at 2nd on the standings while Chittagong Abahoni stand at 8th.
