WOMEN’S U16
With more than half a dozen girls playing in the first eleven of the senior team, this squad much potential and many a football fan are looking at them for great great performances. This team that has already made it to the AFC finals will now look to make it into the World Cup too. What is even more encouraging is that most of the girls in this squad will in fact qualify for U14 and U15 age level. Full time Residential Academy with camps in Japan, Korea followed by a final phase in Vietnam will lead up to the AFC Championship in Thailand 9-23rd September. Continuation of the full time residential academy at the BFF National Training Centre will hopefully see them through the AFC U16 Qualification Championship in 2018 on to AFC U16 Championship in 2019 and may be even FIFA U17 World Cup in 2020.
