The inaugural ceremeony of "Bangabandhu Inter-Union Gold Cup Football Tournament 2022", organized by Charfason Upazila Sports Association on the occasion of the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, was held today, March 24, 2022 at Sheikh Russel Stadium, Charfason, Bhola.

The tournament was inaugurated by the Honorable President of Bangladesh Football Federation Kazi Md. Salahuddin and the Chief Guest was Mr. Abdullah Al Islam Jacob, MP, Hon'ble Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Youth and Sports. Also present were Hon'ble Member of Parliament Mamtaz Begum and BFF General Secretary Mr. Md. Abu Nayeem Shohag.
