Bangladesh National Womens' team preparing themselves against upcoming matches
Bangladesh national women's football team will play two friendly matches against Nepal football team under 'FIFA Tier One '. The match will be held on September 9 and 12 at 05:30 pm at Dasharath Stadium.
With two matches in front of them, the Bangladesh women's national football team completed a Strength and Conditioning and Gym session at the hotel from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm Bangladesh time today. Later, full team completed the practice at APF stadium, Halchowk from 3:00 pm to 4.30 pm.Today, the sky in Nepal was cloudy and there was light rain during practice session.
All the players of Bangladesh women's national football team are healthy. After arriving at the hotel yesterday, everyone was tested for covid, this morning the result came, the report of all the players, coaches and staff was negative.
Tomorrow, Bangladesh women's national football team will conduct gym and pool sessions at the hotel from 10:30 am to 12.00 pm and full team start practice session at the same venue from 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm.
Midfielder Maria Manda said, Yesterday we came to Nepal. After that we did the Covid test. All of us have had negative results. In the morning we did gym session then everyone practiced in the afternoon. We are preparing to do well in the Asia Cup.
