Rangpur Divisional Football Team vs Rajshahi Divisional Football Team at Rajuk Outer Stadium. In the competition, Rajshahi Divisional Football Team won the title of Champion, Rangpur Divisional Football Team Runner-up and Khulna Divisional Football Team won the third place.  After the final game, the prize distribution ceremony was held among the champions, runners-up and third place teams.

Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Mahi, Vice-President of BFF and Convener of Organizing Sub-Committee of 'Sheikh Kamal 2nd Bangladesh Youth Games-2023', Member of BFF and Organizing Sub-Committee Mr. Md. Amer Khan and Mr. Mahidur Rahman Miraz were present at the awarding ceremony. Other members of the organizing sub-committee were also present.

The final game of 'Sheikh Kamal 2nd Bangladesh Youth Games-2023' women's football competition was held on 03-03-2023 at 3:00 PM between Rajshahi Divisional Football Team vs Rangpur Divisional Football Team at Motijheel BFF Artificial Turf Ground. In the competition, Rangpur Divisional Football Team won the title of Champion, Rajshahi Divisional Football Team Runner-up and Chittagong Divisional Football Team won the third place. After the final game, a prize distribution ceremony was held among the champions, runners-up and third place teams.

The prize distribution ceremony was attended by AFC and BFF Executive Committee Member and Convener of the Organizing Sub-Committee of 'Sheikh Kamal 2nd Bangladesh Youth Games-2023' Mahfuza Akhter Kiron, BFF General Secretary Mr. Md. Abu Nayeem Shohag and BFF Manager-Competition Mr. Md Jaber Bin Taher Ansari.
