Practice match held before "SAFF U-16 Women's Championship 2022"
The match of "SAFF U-16 Women's Championship 2022" will be held from 15th to 25th March 2022 in Jamshedpur, India. To prepare for the competition, a friendly football match between Bangladesh U-18 Women's Football Team and Bangladesh Women's National Football Team was held on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 11.00 am at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepahi Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium, Kamalapur, Dhaka.
It is worth mentioning that FIFA Council Member and BFF and AFC Executive Committee Member Mahfuza Akter Kiron and General Secretary Mr. Md. Abu Nayeem Shohag were present on the occasion. Bangladesh Women's National Football Team won he match by 3-1. Maria Manda scored for Bangladesh women's national football team in 10 minutes, Krishna Rani Sarkar in 41 minutes and Swapna in 54 minutes. Shamunnahar scored the only goal for Bangladesh U-18 women's football team in the 24th minute.
