The committee formed for the purpose of mid-term evaluation of the project titled 'Further development of Dhaka Bangabandhu National Stadium' under the implementation of the National Sports Council under the Ministry of Youth and Sports observed the progress of Bangabandhu National Stadium on 09-03-2022. Additional Secretary (Sports-1) of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Regarding Sports) Mr. KM Ali Reza, Ministry of Planning Director General (Joint Secretary) Mr. Shukur Ali, General Secretary of Bangladesh Football Federation Mr. Abu Nayeem Shohag, Director (Planning and Development) of National Sports Council and Project Director Mr. Md. Shamsul Alam along with representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Planning Commission were present at the observation.

The committee will submit a full mid-term evaluation report of the on-site inspection of the project area to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
