In the final match, the host Bangladesh U-19 women's national football team defeated India U-19 women's national football team by 1-0 and become the unbeaten champion.

As Bangladesh U-19 Women's National Football Team became the unbeaten champion in the competition, a reception was given by Bangladesh Army to the Bangladesh U-19 Women's National Football Team at Army Multipurpose Complex at Dhaka cantonment on Wednesday, 09-02-2022 at 8:00 PM. 

Each player of Bangladesh U-19 women's national football team was given a check of Taka 100,000/ - (one lakh).

Chief of Army Staff, Bangladesh Army General S M Shafiuddin Ahmed, SBP, OSP, NDU, PSC, PhD and Honorable President of BFF Mr. Kazi Md. Salah Uddin were present at the reception. Also were present BFF Senior Vice President Mr. Abdus Salam Murshedy-MP, Vice President Mr. Kazi Nabil Ahmed-MP, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Mohi. Also were present FIFA Council Member, BFF Executive Member and Chairperson of Committee for Women's Football Mahfuza Akter Kiron along with BFF Executive Member, MD and CEO of Dhaka Bank Mr. Emranul Haque, CEO of K-Sports Mr. Fahad Karim and General Secretary of BFF Mr. Md.
