Dhaka: Abahani Ltd, Dhaka have gained a 2-0 win over NoFel Sporting Club in the first day of the second phase of Bangladesh Premier League on Thursday.
The Abahani boys got an early lead at the 5th minute of the play when their Nigerian striker Sunday Chizoba scored a head-goal.
The match was held at Noakhali Shahid Bulu Stadium at 4 o’clock this afternoon.
At the 36th minute, Abahani forward Ziban took the chance of a crowd just before the NoFel’s post and scored the second goal for his team with a beautiful head.
The point table is not much shaken after this match since Dhaka Abahani is at the second position with 33 points from 13 matches while NoFel is standing at the 10th place with 9 points from the same number of matches.
