BFF Goalkeeping Development Program has started today

Goalkeeping Development reaches another milestone.

The Bangladesh Football Federation Technical Department continues to impress AFC with its ambition of being at the full front of Coaching Development in Asia by branching out into the specialised area of Goalkeeping Development. With a favourable application received by AFC to be part of the new Coaching Convention for Goalkeeping the Federation has clearly expressed its interest to be part of these new changes to the Goalkeeping Coaching Structures, its pathway and the Qualifications.

Currently the Federation has commenced a level 1 and Level 2 Goalkeeping Coaching Courses. The Level 2 is the first of its kind in the Southern Region let alone in Bangladesh with some distinguished participants. AFC continues to try and emulate some of the structures from UEFA and in Europe with the introduction of diplomas for outfield and now Goalkeeping Coaches. The Federation continues to lead by example in Asia with its vision of providing all the necessary support to coaches in all areas who are working in the game.
