BFF AFC B Certificate Coaching Course begins

The third edition of AFC B Certificate Coaching Course, organized by the Bangladesh Football Federation, has begun with a view to upgrading the credentials of the C certificate coaches to next level. The first phase of this course has begun at the BFF Headquarters in the capital’s Matijheel on Sunday, July 21. As always, National Technical and Strategic Director Paul Thomas Smalley is at the helm of the course coordination and training. The participants include a number of former national team players, current local coaches and distinguished football stakeholders. The course has been designed in line with the new concept introduced by AFC, the ‘Coaching Convention’. The candidates, who already hold the BFF/AFC C Certificate, will undertake a range of football theoretical and practical tasks, practical coaching planning, delivery and evaluation, football group work, tactical research tasks and interim course tasks. The course is divided into two phases. After the end of both phases, the candidates will undergo evaluation and will be certified accordingly.
