Under the management of the South Asian Football Federation and under the supervision of the Bangladesh Football Federation, the matches of 'SAFF U-20 Women's Championship 2023' started from February 03, 2023 with the participation of the host Bangladesh, Bhutan, India and Nepal U-20 Women's National Football Team at Bir Shrestha Shahid Shipahi Mohammad Mostafa Kamal of Kamalapur. In the championship, Bangladesh U-20 Women's National Team and Nepal U-20 Women's National Football Team have reached the finals.

In continuation of that, Bangladesh U-20 Women's National Football Team completed their recovery session on 08-02-2023 at 10:00 am in the swimming pool of Fars Hotel located in Paltan.
