A meeting of the 'Development Committee' of Bangladesh Football Federation was held on Wednesday 22-02-2023 at 3:00 PM in the board room of BFF Bhaban, Motijheel. Both the meeting were presided over by Mr. Md. Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan (Manik), vice-president of BFF and chairman of the committee. Other members of the committee were present in the meeting.

The following decisions were taken unanimously in the meeting of both the committees:

1. For better results in 'SAFF U-19 Championship 2023' in Nepal from 7th to 17th July 2023 and 'SAFF U-16 Championship 2023' in Bhutan from 1st to 11th September 2023, participation in a few warm-up matches will be undertaken.

2. The contracts of 13 coaches and technical staff under the 'Development Committee' of BFF will be renewed for the current year 2023.

3. The BFF Elite Academy currently houses 65 age-group players, all of whom are covered by salary.  All the players of the last year 2021 and 2022 will get a 20% salary increase from the current year.
