"Bangladesh Football Federation awards certificates for coaching development course to former national team players and professional coaches"

Today on 04-02-2023, Bangladesh Football Federation organized a certificate distribution ceremony for all the participants who obtained the BFF AFC "B" Diploma.

The federation believes that coaching education and development is crucial for developing the next generation of players. Certificates for this coaching development course are awarded to 2 different groups of certificated participants. One of which is the Elite Player-Elite Coach Program specially designed for former national team players and the other is the BFF AFC "B" Diploma Mentoring Course, which has the participation of coaches working in the Professional League, Champions League and various academies of the country. National team players Jamal Bhuiyan, Faisal Mahmood, Mamunul Islam Mamun and Wali Faisal and many other players and coaches were present as participants in the BFF Elite Player-Elite Coach course. Bangladesh Football Federation General Secretary Mr. Abu Nayeem Shohag and Technical Director Paul Smalley were present at the certificate giving ceremony.

National Team Captain and Elite Player-Elite Coach Program participant Jamal Bhuiyan commented, "Although I am still playing, I think now is the right time to start developing as a coach. The transition is difficult, but I am learning a lot from the coaching course as well as playing, and I want to continue this learning curve. Thanks to Bangladesh Football Federation for taking the initiative to conduct such a course.
