AFC Professional Diploma Course has completed through a total of 5 (five) modules
Under the supervision of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and managed by the Bangladesh Football Federation, the AFC Professional Diploma Course has completed through a total of 5 (five) modules. In continuation of that, the Module-4 of the said course has been conducted from 19th October 2022 in BFF Bhaban in Motijheel which will continue till 23rd October 2022. The opening ceremony of the said 'BFF AFC Professional Diploma Course, Module-4' was held on 19 October 2022 at 10:00 am in the 3rd floor conference room of BFF Bhaban, Motijheel. In the said professional diploma course, 12 (times) Bangladeshi football coaches who are associated with Bangladesh national football team and professional football teams and 11 (eleven) foreign football coaches who are working with professional football teams in different countries of the world including Asia. A total of 23 (twenty three) football coaches are participating in the described course.
Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed Mahi, BFF Vice President and Technical Committee Chairman, BFF Executive Committee Member and Technical Committee Member Mr. Mahidur Rahman Miraj and BAUF General Secretary Mr. Md. Abu Naim Sohag was present in the opening ceremony. Technical Director of BFF Mr. Paul Thomas Smalley is serving as course instructor.
It may be noted that 'BFF AFC Professional Diploma Course, Module-1' was conducted online from 26th August to 2nd September 2021 and Module-2 from 25th November to 2nd December 2021. Later this year Module-3 was held from 29th January to 02nd February 2022 at BFF Bhaban, Motijheel. "BFF AFC Professional Diploma Course, Module-5" will be held again from 7th to 11th December 2022 at BFF Bhaban, Motijeel.
