Women Football Referee Refreshers Course 2019 ends

The Women Football Referee Refreshers Course 2019, organized by Bangladesh Football Federation, came to an end today (Sunday). The BFF organized the three-day long course in order to train up the country’s women referees with different aspects of advanced refereeing expertise. A total of 26 women referees, hailing from different districts of the country, participated in the course that took place at the BFF house in the capital’s Matijheel. Former FIFA referee Azad Rahman, Sujit Kumar Banarjee, Mizanur Rahman and Jalal Uddin conducted the course as the instructors. Besides, FIFA Referees Coordinator and BFF Head of CMS Md Shahidul Islam was present there as the course coordinator. As the course ends, BFF referees committee, which supervised the course, distributed certificates to the participants received. BFF Women’s Football Committee chairman Mahfuza Akter Kiron was present at the course ending ceremony as the chief guest to hand over the certificates to the newly trained women referees.
