Girls kick off practice in Nepal ahead of SAFF Women’s Championship 2019

After a relaxing morning following their hectic travel on Sunday, the players enjoyed a buoyant training session with all the staff and officials. At a local field Police Ground about 20 minutes from the team hotel the team undertook a range of tactical practices incorporating some of the patterns the players are accustomed to in their normal team development plan. All the players enjoyed the fresh air and exercises has they look forward to the first game on the 14th versus Bhutan. The GPS system was used to monitor the players performance levels and to check on their recovery patterns.
