Bangladesh may host SAFF U15 Women’s Championship 2019

Kathmandu: Bangladesh has a chance of being selected as the host nation of SAFF U15 Women’s Championship 2019 along with Bhutan. Who the eventual hosts will be – Bangladesh or Bhutan – will be decided later. The decision was taken at the SAFF Ordinary Congress 2019 in Kathmandu, Nepal which was presided over by BFF and SAFF President Kazi Salahuddin on Tuesday, April 30. Besides, it was also decided in the meeting that the SAFF U15 Boys Championship 2019 will held in India whereas the U18 Boys Championship will be hosted by Nepal. It was also decided in the meeting that SAFF Vice President and Football Federation Sri Lanka President Anura De Silva will represent SAFF at the AFC and he will be an Executive Committee member of the AFC.
