Dhaka: The Federation Cup 2018 will commence on October 27.
Bangladesh Football Federation Professional Football League Committee recently held a meeting on Saturday chaired by Abdus Salam Murshedy. In addition to deciding that the upcoming Federation Cup 2018 will start from October 27 with 13 participating teams, the committee also decided to have a prize money of 5 lac taka for the winning team.
The runners up team will be rewarded with a prize money of 3 lac BDT.
The committee also decided the timings of the matches as follow: If there is one match a day, it will begin at 5pm, if there are two a day, the first will commence at 3:30 pm and the second at 5:45 pm.
All the matches of the tournament will be played at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka.
