The 7th regular meeting of the executive committee of Bangladesh Football Federation was held on 02-05-2023 at 2.00 pm on Tuesday in the 2nd floor board room of BFF House, Motijheel. The meeting was presided over by the Honorable President of BFF, Kazi Md. Salahuddin.

1. Since the Bangladesh U-17 Women's National Football Team undefeated in the 2nd round of the 'AFC U-17 Women's Asian Cup 2024, Qualifiers Round-1' held in Singapore from 26th to 30th April 2023, all officials and players are heartest congratulated in the meeting.

2. The decision to organize 'Bangladesh Women's Franchise Football League' was taken.

3. Contract of Agreed Objective (CAO) between FIFA and FIFA under FIFA Forward-3 The principled decision to sign the treaty was taken. Under FIFA Forward-3, the decision was taken to change the artificial turf adjacent to the BFF building and Birshrestha Shahid Sepahi Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur through the 3.00 million USD (OTM-Open Tender Method) received from FIFA. The rest of the money will be spent on building a “Centre of Excellence” at BFF in Cox's Bazar.

4. 1st of the Investigative Committee formed to analyze and further investigate the issues in view of the complaints brought by FIFA full report will be provided within 30 (thirty) working days after the meeting.
